There are many different factors to consider when asking how much does it cost for gutter cleaning.
How many stories is the house? The more stories, the more risk and usually harder access. Expect the prices to be in excess of $300 if the house is a double-storey.
What is the roof made out of and how steep is it? A typical roof that is not too steep should not add any additional costs to the job. However, if the roof is steep and access is hard, the cost might be increased depending on the additional time it might take to complete the job with the added difficulty of a steep roof.
Gutter Guard will also play a role in the price to clean the gutters. Different kinds of gutter guard can take a variety of time dismantle and clean. Gutter guard jobs take extra resources and time and can sometimes double the cost of a typical gutter clean, depending on the kind of gutter guard that is installed. The added cost of the clean with gutter guard is offset by the time in between cleans when gutter guard is installed. Some houses can go 10+ years without needing a clean with gutter guard installed!
